The creation of this cover is inspired by Amos & Boris, a story written and illustrated by William Steig published in 1971.
It tells the story of an unlikely friendship between Amos, a mouse, and Boris, a whale. Amos, a fearless sailor, accidentally falls into the sea and is rescued by Boris.
A deep friendship grows between them despite their differences. It is a touching story about friendship, generosity and tolerance.
